Wes began his creative career at Alpha Media USA, ultimately serving as Corporate Creative Director and leading creative across 250+ radio stations nationwide. His work included more than 20 station rebrands and the development of a unified content management system. In 2016, he was a finalist for Digital Executive of the Year at The World Wide Radio Summit.

He became Creative Director at Cyclone Social in 2019, where he helped guide the agency to the Inc. 5000 list in 2020. After several years of full-time freelance work, collaborating with brands in the NBA, NFL, MLB, and entertainment. In 2025 Wes returned to Cyclone Social as Creative Director.

Accolades include designing on-site creative assets for the NFL Pro Bowl Games and RIVALS: Five-Star Camp, with features on ESPN, MTV, and Good Morning America. In 2025, he was recognized by DesignRush in the category of best sports print designs.
